Briefing
First we meet with you to listen and learn about your vision.
Concept development, Proposal and Master Budget
Then we go to work, leveraging our more than twenty years of experience, to custom design your event concept, compile your master budget and work alongside you, as an integral extension to your team, to refine the plan until it is exceptional!
Pre-event Planning
We then do all the complex planning, logistics, budget oversight and preparation, while you ensure the plan is aligning to your vision and goals.
Onsite Execution and Management
And then it is show time!
We are the first onsite and the last to leave. We execute the event with professionalism, energy and a sense of fun. We are known to be calm and always available onsite and this allows our clients to enjoy the event they have been waiting for!
Post-event recon, feedback and analysis
And lastly, we do all the financial reconciliations, presenting you with the event data and reports and help you measure your ROI and plan for the next one.
Planning for the next one
Sometimes an event is a once off, but oft times the success of the first sparks excitement for more….. we work on long lead time events, which are hosted biennially or annually and others which are hosted more frequently.
Can we use some of your services but possibly not all?

While we offer a full project management service, we appreciate that some clients may well only need support in certain aspects of their event.
